Pressure Calibration Equipment & Services
We offer in-lab and onsite pressure calibration services to meet your various needs. Our laboratories are accredited and offer holistic pressure calibration services for your equipment nationwide. With our hydrostatic testing capabilities, we ensure the integrity of your pressure hoses up to 9500 PSI.
As your trusted partner, we inspect the hose and fittings for any weaknesses and then pressurize it for 10-minutes with water 1.5 times the working limit before we remove any water residue with compressed air.
Pressure Gauge Calibration Process, Test & Precision

Pneumatic Calibrators
Pressure calibrators are high-precision tools that verify the accuracy of less accurate pressure measuring devices (DUTs) sometimes even four times more powerful than the equipment being calibrated.
Able to operate in various modes such as measuring pressure input from the DUT or generating pressure for reliable testing. Some calibrators even have built-in pumps to generate pressure, while others may use a regulator to maintain a consistent and precise pressure output.

Hand Pumps – (Hydraulic, pneumatic and vacuum)
A hydraulic hand pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, which is a combination of pressure and flow.
Pneumatic hand pumps use the force of compressed gasses to generate mechanical effects, like the use of compressed air to create force that moves fluids through a piping system.
Vacuum hand pumps are used to easily create a vacuum and pressure with the touch of a finger.

Pneumatic Controllers

Vacuum Pumps/Vacuum Variators

Manometers
A manometer measures the pressure and indicate pressure levels from a column of fluid. The most basic type is U-shaped tube to indicate water pressure. These come in both analog and digital versions are are known for being versatile and highly accurate.
Deadweight Tester Calibration – (Pneumatic or Hydraulic)
Deadweight testers (DWT) are used to accurately calibrate pressure gauges by using traceable weights, creating a force of pressure that can be calibrated. Then the pressure can be calculated using the formula below:
P = F/A (or pressure is equal to the application of force over unit of area.)
By utilizing a weighted piston to create pressure in a hydraulic or pneumatic fluid within a cylinder. Once this reached equilibrium, the correct pressure has been achieved and is calculated based on the piston’s weight and area.
